I am not sure how the USDA program is working in your area but, they are 2 months logged and the deadline for the $8,000 tax credit is drawing near. Many REALTORS like myself hope this is extended by Congress. I think that many first time home buyer's will find their USDA loan is approved but, as it stands, they may be past the current deadline for the tax credit that motivated them to buy their first home.  What are your thoughts?
